I love there cheese burgers and home made chips setting out side next to the creek..there is a river walk that starts here you must do .fun place to go
The Old Rock Cafe is a good place to go to get quick food. A little pricey, but so is everything else in the valley. You get sizable portions. Parking can be a bit of a challenge on a busy day and may require visitors to park in the paid lot across the street. Nice to sit out on the porch in the spring and fall and listen to the river. The caesar salad is wonderful, as is the philly cheesesteak sandwich. My kids say that the Old Rock Cafe has the best french fries anywhere. Friendly and attentive staff.

Old Rock Cafe is located in Chimney Rock and I believe they are owned by the state park. Old Rock Cafe has several awesome menu items some of my favorite are the wraps, the club and the chicken salad sandwiches! They offer indoor dining and also have a outdoor patio which is pet friendly and sits right on the river! They do serve alcohol by the bottle and I believe they had some wine as well.
This is a good place to stop by for filling up your stomach when visiting the Chimney rock. The food is good and the staff is friendly and courteous. You can eat either inside or outside on the patio with a scenic view of the creek flowing nearby. The staff also can address FAQ relating to Chimney Rock. The only thing that I disliked is a poorly maintained mens' restroom. The floor was wet and the toilet bowl was dirty. Had to close my eyes while relieving myself
